We recently moved from Logan to Bundaberg over 2 days and had the pleasure of being looked after by Gabriel, Marcus and Victor. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They arrived on time each day, were friendly, professional & easy to communicate with. Throughout the entire move they kept us updated on the progress, which made a potentially stressful move so much easier. They took exceptional care with all of our furniture and belongings, handling everything with respect and attention. What really stood out, was even after a long day loading the containers, driving for 6 hours, their willingness to go above & beyond, they made sure our mattresses were accessible for the night! Team JC removals. Best guys ever! Francisco, David & Arthur were super lovely, hardworking and even managed to do what we thought was an impossible task getting a massive couch into an apartment with limited access. Nothing was too hard and they absolutely smashed it with a big day of moving! The packing / unpacking ladies were also super efficient and a joy to work with! David and Louis from Holloway did a splendid job moving my furniture, items and boxes into the truck for short term storage. They took on a number of access challenges but did the job well. Nothing was a problem for them. They carefully wrapped the furniture and took care placing everything judiciously in the truck with not much room to spare. They were pleasant, happy and polite. I would recommend Holloway to anyone serious about a professional move. Looking forward to see the boys in 3 weeks to unload my things at the new address. Great job and well done. All the best Paul

The men packing me up were absolutely amazing. Friendly funny and super efficient. Likewise the men who unpacked. Cannot fault them at all. For the most part office staff were helpful my only complaint they didn’t respond to phone calls and emails. But for the most part a good experience

Thank you for helping us with our interstate move from Melbourne to Sydney. David and Francisco did an amazing job helping us move all of our possessions carefully and efficiently into our new home, they were careful and quick but not rushed even when it was raining. We had a bit of a rocky start with the other removalists arriving an hour early on the Melbourne side without the phone call we were advised we would get half an hour beforehand which added a little stress, but everything else was a breeze. Our goods were collected on a Friday morning and dropped off by the following Monday afternoon which was quicker than we expected. Overall we would definitely recommend Holloway for an interstate move, they were very reasonably priced for the service we received. Highlighting David and Francisco specifically as they really made the experience as stress-free as possible.

David and Francisco were really pleasant, efficient and professional. They took care with the packing and worked extremely hard to load everything into the container. They also helped us relocate several large pot plants to another address as part of the move. I would definitely recommend them and would happily use them again.
