An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team in Sydney!
We are looking for an enthusiastic operations coordinator to join our team. You will be managing all residential and business relocation moves. This role requires you to provide planning and scheduling support to removalists to ensure that the day to day running of jobs runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
The work environment :
Holloway Removals and Storage is a rapidly expanding transport and logistics business based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities include :
Predict and maintain driver roster arrangements.
Check and assign all jobs in the system.
Pre calling customers who have booked with Holloway Removals & Storage.
Managing any incoming and outgoing storage in the warehouse.
Liaising with customers over the phone in regards to any enquiries they may have about their job.
Promote and enforce safe work practices.
Communicating with subcontractors including assigning them their jobs and keeping in contact with them throughout their work day.
Skills & experience :
Must have excellent communications skills.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field of work.
Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
Ability to self-prioritise and respond to team priorities.
Passionate about problem solving and not a ‘not my problem’ approach to teamwork.
