Delivery, Returns and Refunds

BOX SHOP – DELIVERY

Please note that we deliver the boxes and moving supplies only to the Sydney region (50km around the CBD). If you’re unsure of being in our delivery range or want additional information, please contact us at hello@hollowayremovals.com.au or call us directly – 1300 786 980

No delivery will be made to addresses outside of the Sydney region.

BOX SHOP – RETURNS

We do not accept returns of used goods and supplies. Once your online order has reached you, no return is available.

BOX SHOP – REFUNDS

No refunds are available unless one of the following issues was experienced:

  • Wrong order fulfillment
  • Missing or damaged items

If you experienced one of those issues during your order, please contact our support at support@hollowayremovals.com.au to request a refund.

CANCELING AN ORDER

You can cancel your online order up to 24H before delivery. If you cancel your order less than 24H before delivery, or if the address you provided was incorrect, you may not be refunded the flat rate shipping cost.

SHIPPING ESTIMATE

Your order will be processed during weekly hours and may take between 2 to 5 days to be delivered. You can contact us directly at hello@hollowayremovals.com.au if you want your order to be delivered on a specific day, however, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored, depending on our driver’s availability.We do not accept returnsWe do not accept returns
