We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accountant who is ready to take their career to the next level.
THE ROLE
As an Accountant, reporting to the Finance manager you will be responsible for end-to-end account receivables and payables for our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
BSC/BA in Finance or Accounting
EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Experience processing accounts receivable and general accounting entries
- Medium to advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable
- General bookkeeping in XERO and weekly updating of “Planned payment dates” as instructed for cash flow purposes
- Creditor Statement Reconciliation
- Review and resolution of queries relating to accounts payable that are raised by suppliers
- Reconcile all company credit cards
- Processing supplier credit account applications
- Payment of invoices
General Tasks
- Handling all accounts related emails
- Assist with the day-to-day duties
- Other ad-hoc tasks as allocated

Job Types: Full-time Permanent
Annual Salary: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 plus super
