Thoroughly impressed! I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Holloway Removals & Storage, from my initial online enquiry right through to today, when my belongings were packed up and taken into storage. James contacted me early on, clearly explained the whole process and pricing, and provided a very reasonable quote considering the size of the storage container. Everything from accepting the quote to locking in the date and time was straightforward and easy. This morning, Johnathan texted to let me know he was on his way, which was a great touch. When Johnathan and Ariel arrived, they were absolutely fantastic. Polite, friendly, hardworking and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They packed everything extremely well. I was genuinely worried it wouldn’t all fit, but they confidently assured me it would, and they were right! They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Not long after they left, I received another message from Mackie following up to make sure everything had gone well. That level of communication and customer service throughout the entire process really stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Holloway Removals & Storage to anyone looking for removals and storage. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Moving Experience – Couldn't Recommend Enough! I recently used Holloway Removals for my move and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Booking was quick and easy, and the team was upfront and clear about pricing with no hidden surprises on the day. The crew arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the equipment needed to get the job done efficiently. They handled every item — from furniture to fragile boxes — with genuine care, wrapping and padding anything delicate without me even having to ask. Nothing was scratched, dented, or damaged, which gave me real peace of mind. What stood out most was how hardworking and efficient the guys were. They moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or careless, and they were friendly and easygoing the whole time, even with a few tricky items (including a couple of sofas that needed some clever maneuvering around a tight staircase!). They clearly knew what they were doing and took pride in doing it properly. The whole move was completed faster than I expected, and they left both properties clean and tidy. It made an inherently stressful day so much easier. If you're looking for a professional, careful, and genuinely friendly removalist team, I can't recommend Holloway Removals highly enough.
