Julie Valdez of Holloway was professional and dealt with our problem immediately. She was in constant contact and was able to resolve the situation in the minimum time possible. The issue itself is another story and nothing to do with Julie, who represents Holloway very well.

We had a good experience with Holloway Removals and Storage. The removalists worked exceptionally hard, never complaining despite having to ferry our belongings up a long battle-axe driveway. There was a mix-up with the truck size and storage units on delivery, but the team went out of their way to sort it out quickly. John at the warehouse was especially helpful and flexible when we needed to access our stored items. Overall, their service was professional and reliable, and we’d happily recommend them.

Most recently, the Baldino team from Holloway moved me, and each one of the team were exceptional. Lovely guys, really knowledgeable about the most efficient and safe way to do things, and obliging at every turn. Holloway are the only people I will recommend in the future.
