Having been through many relocations over the years for work and personal, we know what a good removal looks like—and both crews who handled our move were among the most professional, friendly, happy and hardworking we've encountered. A special shout-out to Mark, who guided us through the entire process. He was approachable, responsive and made everything feel effortless, giving us confidence that our move was in good hands from start to finish. Watching our favourite marble buffet, which weighs an absolute tonne, being expertly manoeuvred through the tight twists and turns of our apartment complex was incredibly impressive. It was clear we were in experienced hands. Given the length of time our belongings were in storage, we were pleasantly surprised that everything arrived in perfect condition, with no damage whatsoever. The team took great care of our possessions and treated them with the same respect they would their own. Excellent removalist, highly recommended! If we ever have to move again we'll definitely book with them again. We moved houses today and had the pleasure of having Michel, Jhonatan and Jean as our team. They are very professional. They are punctual and worked efficiently and with care in handling/transporting our items. We've got a lot of heavy and bulky items making the guys work very hard today so they definitely deserve a lot of praise. Moving can be stressful so when Renato and Eduardo turned up on time and quickly organise my household belongings I felt less stress. They took care of my furniture everything was wrapped up and covered etc packed up well and when delivered to new address they placed everything where I needed and navigate a second floor with difficulty !!!
