PK Team Victor and Gabriel did a great job. Very friendly service, nothing was too hard, went above and beyond. Even put our annoying bed suite together after a hard day moving from an apartment upstairs. Would recommend.

I had a grate removal experience with Bruno, The boys were grate helped clear and unload 2 whole houses in less than 7 hours Would highly recommend Holloway removals 👍🏻

Pros: - clear and easy communication from office crew - removalists were friendly and followed any directions well - accessing storage was facilitated easily by warehouse team - arrived on time and no complaints (even with all the stairs!) - brought everything needed to storage whitegoods and tech safely - tech to support invoicing, etc. Cons: - Tempe location may not work best for Western Sydney users due to travel time costs and storage access. - no recommendation email to clients on prepping whitegoods for long term storage to limit mould growth. I was too time poor to think of this detail in the ramp of to storing items and then they were stored with the doors closed = mould growth. Also would be good to train on-site staff on this to help customers. All sorted after a deep clean of both including the filters - but cost half a day of unpacking time.

We moved from a 2 bed apartment to a 3 bed townhouse. Our apartment was on the top floor of a three storey building with no lift. Tiago and Diego were so great! They were fast and took great care with our furniture and boxes and made sure not to knock any walls in our freshly painted townhouse. We had some tricky pieces/situations and they navigated them very well. They were very polite and very strong. The properties were about a 30min drive away from each other and all up it took about 4.5 hours. Would recommend them to anyone!
