Maria is sales was helpful and informative; Nicolly and team who packed my belongings were very efficient and took great care, even labelling boxes in a logical manner; and Sammi and team who did the removal were fantastic, remaining professional and courteous despite issues with lifts and then having to unpack the truck in a downpour! Highly recommended, and very competitive pricing to boot!

The team who attended our property, first to remove goods to go into storage and then to return our items to our home address were fantastic. The three of them were efficient, polite and a joy to deal with. Could not rate them highly enough.

The two man team were on time. They were friendly but professional and were methodical in putting our boxes into the truck as well as taking care when loading our larger furniture items. They dismantled our bed and then reassembled it at our new residence. We moved from a 3 bedroom house to a smaller residence. The move was a fair distance from Hoppers Crossing to Patterson Lakes and they arrived shortly after us. They did a good job and made the move less daunting.

Words cannot describe the satisfaction level of the service that was provided in our moving process. The team we had was professional, helpful and just all around great guys! Holloway moved a 1-br apartment for me. The communication was very good, they arrived on time and I was kept informed of what was happening. It was a genuinely pleasant experience - Paul and Mauricio weren't the fastest, but they were cheerful, pleasant, hard-working and nothing was too much trouble. Move the large, spiky bougainvillea? No worries! Reassemble the tricky IKEA bed? All good. They made it a good day.
