We have an exciting opportunity for a Content & Marketing Specialist & Coordinator to join our team based in Arncliffe.
The Content & Marketing Specialist & Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy across a range of digital channels to enhance the digital presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
THE ROLE
Management of our external marketing consultancies for social media content creation, website development & other marketing projects that are currently implemented and any further projects that arise in future will also be a responsibility within this role.
The successful candidate will need to be an out of the box thinker to create effective seasonal marketing strategies/campaigns for our current markets VIC & NSW.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team but is able to work with a high degree of autonomy and can demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in a digital marketing role developing and executing end to end multi-channel communication programs.
- Experience with building and managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, including the use of marketing automation programs
- In-depth understanding of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of digital marketing reporting with the ability to review and interpret results and turn these into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills including social media copy and the ability to engage with customers on social media.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Graphic Design work experience to assist with the creation of marketing collateral would be great but not essential.
- Strong time management skills and a self-driven attitude.
- Be invested & involved in SEO trends
- Developing & implementing quality SEO strategies with recommendation and tests
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across different social platforms.
- Manage and develop social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and etc…).
- Create photos and videos content for the different social media platforms.
- Reaching out to social media influencers and managing the process of content creation.
