We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in the position of Customer Service Officer based in Melbourne.

As duties you will be:

• Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
• Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer/sales service department.
• Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis
• Managing customers’ accounts and sales / services reps
• The point of interaction between operations teams and sales teams to coordinate substantial clients enquiries
• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
• Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales/operations targets
• Reporting back on results
• Hiring and training new customer service consultants

About You

The right candidate will have:

• Strong administrative skills and experience.
• The enthusiasm and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to adapt to change and work in a high pressure, busy work environment.
