We are currently looking for an office manager/personal assistant to our director, Andy Holloway. The powerhouse person we are seeking will be able to fulfill all the responsibilities below and will have an energetic fun attitude, providing executive-level support to our director as well as our wonderful management team!

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Inbox, email and correspondence management for the Directors and Managers
  • Extensive high-level diary management and scheduling for the director and managers to ensure integrated and consistent meetings
  • Accepting and making phone calls and emails on behalf of the director
  • Providing support to the Operations Manager/Director as required
  • Maintaining accurate meeting records, commitments and action items for the management team, and providing timely reminders to management and staff
  • Acting as the point of contact between the director and colleagues
  • Office management and daily upkeep of the office as required
  • Compiling and producing reports and presentations when needed
  • Coordinating requests for information from internal and external parties and providing a professional first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Maintaining business systems for recording, storing and querying information
  • Helping the marketing department, social media and content creation
  • Helping the pre-packing team and allocating shifts
  • In the unlikely event of a customer having a bad experience, making sure they are looked after
  • Complaints handling and processing of insurance claims when required
  • Organize lunch and coffees for the director
  • Light cleaning of the office, keeping the space neat and tidy
  • Helping HR department with building culture and team events
  • Office maintenance – manage the office space including ensuring communal areas are tidy, ordering stationery and other supplies.

What we need from you:

  • Office manager/personal assistant experience essential
  • Energetic and fun personality with the ability to work in a high-pace environment
  • Can fulfill full time hours, working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Outstanding telephone manner and presentation
  • Be self-motivated and have a desire to succeed
  • Be well presented with a positive and willing attitude
  • Work well within a team and perform consistently without supervision
  • A reliable employee with a strong work ethic
  • Extremely well organized
  • Computer literate and tech savvy is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail
