Yes, this quote includes travel, petrol costs, labour, equipment and GST. In most cases tolls are covered, however, depending on the location and distance there may be discretional toll charges added to your final invoice.
The rate may change if you add additional items or services to the job requirements.
If your move is on an hourly, we will only require a 1 hour deposit and payment card details to be provided in order to book your job. Nothing additional will be charged until the day of your job, after it has been completed.
If your move is a fixed price, we require a 50% deposit to be paid in order to allocate your team and truck to your job. The remaining balance will need to be paid prior to your move date.

A delicate move back in of remaining bulky heavy furniture onto freshly restored floorboards of a small Queenslander with a narrow corridor. I made a last minute overnight booking and the team promptly responded to organise arrival on time, and delivery on time. Everyone, everything was impressively efficient, from staff follow up on telephone / email contacts to the two guys who did the job on site within the timeframe. What was required was clearly understood, and they were complying to all instructions, very caring, no damage whatsoever on the floors or the furniture. Even got a small discount. Highly recommended, and a big word of thanks for a great help.
